About me

Hi! I am a currently a postdoctoral appointee at Argonne National Lab, supervised by Mihai Anitescu. My work focuses on the development of new nonlinear optimization algorithms for the resolution of large-scale nonlinear optimization problems on GPU architectures.

Short biography

  • Between 2018 and 2020, I worked as an optimization engineer for Artelys, France, where I was involved in the development of the nonlinear optimization solver Artelys Knitro.
  • Between 2015 and 2018, I was a PhD candidate in mathematical optimization at CERMICS. My PhD advisers were Michel De Lara and Pierre Carpentier. During my PhD, I studied the resolution of large-scale multistage stochastic optimization problems, by developing decomposition/coordination algorithms in a stochastic setting. The manuscript of the thesis is publicly available here, and the slides of my PhD defense are available here.

Open-source

I enjoy contributing to open-source projects, mainly in Julia. In particular, I am a member of the JuMP community and the current maintainer of the open-source package Knitro.jl.
